"Rebecca worked at Rainbows Children’s Hospice from May 2003 to January 2008 as the Hospice Director, she was the responsible lead officer for the organisation and the Registered Manager/Provider. During this time Rebecca provided excellent strategic organisational, managerial and professional leadership which made a significant contribution to the development and growth of the hospice. Rebecca was the commissioning lead for the Hospice, demonstrating excellent negotiating and influencing skills. She helped the Hospice to forge many new partnerships and worked comfortably with a variety of diverse organisations"
